Job Description
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Residential Care Supervisor 1 to supervise direct care staff at Developmental Centers and lead daily staffing operations. The position requires coaching, training, and evaluating staff, as well as ensuring implementation of Individual Program Plans and behavioral support plans.
