Job Description
The Northwest Ohio Developmental Center is seeking a Residential Care Supervisor 1 to oversee direct care personnel, ensure compliance with Medicaid standards, and implement Individual Habilitation Plans for persons with developmental disabilities. The supervisor will be responsible for staff training, monitoring attendance, and reviewing written documentation regarding resident behavior and progress.
Requirements
- Direct care experience with patients with developmental disabilities or mental disability
- Ability to implement and carry out habilitation plans
- Experience with Medicaid standards and labor contract rules
- Coaching and decision-making skills
