Job Description
We are seeking a Social Worker 2 to join our team at Northcoast Behavioral Health. As a primary service provider for ITT clients, you will coordinate admissions, complete mental health assessments, and develop treatment plans. You will also assist clients in accessing community resources and teach independent living skills.
Requirements
- Current license as independent social worker (LISW) as issued by State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board
- 2 years of service exemption from current licensure
- Official transcripts required for post-secondary education
