Job Description
Northcoast Behavioral Health (NCBH) is seeking a Social Worker 2 to work at their Behavioral Health - Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare location. The job involves providing primary services to ITT clients, coordinating admissions, and participating in treatment plans. The position is hourly, covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit, with a pay range of #11 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule.
Requirements
- Act as primary service provider for ITT clients
- Coordinate admissions
- Complete mental health assessments and recommend service revisions
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Assist clients in accessing community resources
- Teach and develop client independent living skills
- Complete required documentation in accordance with standards
- Attend and participate in training sessions, department procedures, and policy review meetings
