Price Chopper/Market 32 Evening Operations Manager North Greenbush

Responsible for the successful operation of the store during evening hours, overseeing customer service, teammate performance, merchandising standards, store cleanliness, safety, and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Act as Manager on Duty during evening hours in the absence of the Store Manager or Co-Manager.
• Ensure that each department is staffed appropriately and operating efficiently throughout the evening.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, teammate issues, and operational disruptions in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor merchandising and store conditions; ensure sales floors are clean, safe, and fully stocked.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support execution of in-store promotions, seasonal transitions, and merchandising resets.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and evening teammates to maintain store appearance and product availability.
• Ensure teammates follow dress code, timekeeping procedures, and company policies.
• Control shrink by adhering to loss prevention guidelines and enforcing store policies.
• Utilize store systems and tools to manage workflows and communicate with leadership.
