The Career Advisor provides comprehensive, learner-centered career services to undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni across Northeastern’s global network.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Career Development, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in career advising, experiential learning, workforce development, or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends and job search strategies
- Experience designing and delivering workshops, events, or experiential learning initiatives
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working with data and technology platforms; familiarity with AI tools and their application in career development strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with and supporting a variety of student populations
- Contributing team player and collaborator
