The Student Success Manager (SSM) role is a temporary (July to December) full-time, benefits-eligible position requiring the person in this role to live on-site with students for at least 4 months at an N.U.in location. International housing is provided while on site.
Requirements
- Balancing responsibilities between Northeastern and the host institution,
- Ensuring students have a cohesive, supportive, and culturally enriching experience,
- Maintaining open lines of communication and upholding the standards and values of both educational institutions.
- Supervise, support, and evaluate a team of Student Success Coordinators in all aspects of their professional development and needs.
- Serve as a liaison with staff and faculty from the host institution, and Student Life and Global Experience Office (GEO) Central staff through regular meetings and oral and/or written reports.
- Work in partnership with the GEO site lead, managing and tracking quality and diversity of academic, social, and cultural programs.
