Job Description
We're seeking two Student Life Managers to lead our summer residential programs in Boston, MA and Oakland, CA and create an exceptional experience for pre-college students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in higher education, residence life, summer camps, teaching, counseling, or student affairs
- Experience managing events or programs
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and/or supervising direct reports
- Demonstrated experience with crisis management
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Current certification or openness to be trained in First Aid & CPR as well as Mental Health First Aid
- Very strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Student-centered approach with a strong sense of responsibility for student success and wellbeing
- Full availability from July 6 – August 7, 2026 is required
- Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Flexibility to travel between Oakland and Boston campuses
