Job Description
The Financial Counselor will work closely with the Revenue Cycle Team to facilitate patient admissions, billing questions, and credit and collection procedures. The position requires knowledge of medical terminology, insurance billing, and CPT/ICD-10 coding.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of healthcare billing and insurance knowledge
- English proficiency
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
