Job Description
Encouraging new grads or RNs transitioning to home health and hospice to join a paid nurse residency program with enhanced support, training and resources.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure in state and CPR certification
- Complies with acceptable professional standards and practice
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist
- Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization requirements
