Job Description
Delivery of a full range of skilled nursing care to individual clients in their homes and other community settings; Care is family centered, age specific and culturally appropriate.
Requirements
- BSN or higher degree in nursing
- One or more years of home or public health nursing experience
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in written work
- Ability to work cooperatively and in a productive manner with organizationās employees, clients, customers and the general public
