Project Manager | Workplace

For over 20 years, this architectural and interior design firm has been delivering forward-thinking integrated design solutions. Currently, they are seeking a Project Manager to lead corporate interiors and tenant improvement in their San Francisco office.

Requirements

• Create and refine test fits and space plans.
• Lead and oversee the design process from inception to completion.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships, maintaining transparent communication and integrity throughout.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, engineers, consultants, contractors, construction managers, and clients.
• Directly supervise up to six team members.
• Possess proficient conflict management and resolution skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local building codes related to building projects.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural and interior design principles and practices, including contemporary methods and solutions for architectural challenges.
