Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our Clinical Services at Northern Pines Mental Health Center. This full-time role will oversee all clinical aspects of our agency services and ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Mental health professional independently licensed in the state of Minnesota (i.e. LICSW, LMFT, LP, Psychiatric Nurse, LPCC)
- Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences
- Minimum two years’ supervised experience in the provision of mental health services
- Leadership experience in a not-for-profit setting is preferred
- Certification to provide Board Approved Clinical Supervision in respective licensure is preferred
