Senior Banking Advisor responsible for developing new client relationships and deepening existing ones for the Bank, managing complex credit and deposit relationships for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and non-profit organizations.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of the banking industry, competitive landscape, and credit/lending practices.
- Familiarity with investment, trust, and financial planning concepts to support comprehensive client solutions.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- High adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend solutions that enhance product and service offerings.
- Demonstrated expertise in a specialized banking or financial discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
- Experience leading functional teams or managing moderate-risk projects is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
