Job Description
The Senior Banking Advisor develops new client relationships and deepens existing ones for the Bank, managing complex credit and deposit relationships for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and non-profit organizations.
Requirements
- Proactively develops new client relationships and identifies prospects
- Manages sophisticated credit, deposit, and treasury management relationships
- Identifies and facilitates opportunities across investment, fiduciary, and wealth management solutions
- Structures and negotiates complex loan and lease agreements
- Analyzes and negotiates key loan terms
- Acts as a trusted advisor to clients on goals-based wealth management strategies
- Develops and maintains a strong network of Centers of Influence (COIs)
- Leads strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
