Senior Consultant - BU Control

The Senior Consultant, BU Control role is responsible for executing control best practices and advising on risk mitigations and control enhancements. The candidate will work with Control & Practice Managers to review and test processes, controls, and operating practices to identify key trends and solutions to prevent future reoccurrence.

Requirements

• Relevant experience/expertise in banking or similar regulated organization, specializing in risk/control roles
• Experience with Governance, Riska and Compliance (GRC) tools, preferred
• Delivery-focused mindset gained through project and/or program management experience
• Strong communication written/oral skills, ability to communicate complex topics in a simple and concise manner
• Ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders, build long-term relationships, and create a collaborative and approachable environment
