Senior Financial Analyst - SSC

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Shared Services to perform various accounting duties, including preparing and managing monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, reviewing expense reports, and supporting the accounts payable team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, including preparing and managing monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, reviewing expense reports, and supporting the accounts payable team.

Requirements

• Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
• Review expense reports for policy and create weekly settlement runs
• Support the accounts payable team
• Manage accounting for fixed assets
• Review and approve all bank entries for support and coding
• Create purchase orders, receipts and track spending against POs
• Review journals for support, coding, currency, reversals, dates, memos
• Calculate and record quarterly share based compensation accruals
• Quarterly summary of transactions for tax team
• Monthly and quarterly cash flow forms and group reporting packs for external reporting team
• Identify improvements/enhancements to the processes in Workday Financial Cloud Solution
• Participate in special projects to support accounting team
