Northland is seeking a Senior Talent Management and Development Specialist to drive talent processes and Learning programs across the organization. Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or broader HR roles
- Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs
- Experience partnering with external vendors to implement learning programs or platforms
- Strong understanding of talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and engagement measurement
- Proficiency with HR systems and data analytics
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholderâmanagement skills
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and HR Business Partners and influence without authority
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
