Job Description
We are looking for a talented Event Coordinator to facilitate the coordination of our Events with our Events Team at Kamloops Moxie's and Sandman Signature.
Requirements
- Direct and control events in the facility at an excellent level while maintaining and abiding by all standards, policies and/or procedures set forth by our company
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship for our event team
- Manage guest inquiries and customer service, including creating event quotes, invoices and guest complaints
- Event Inventory planning
- Expert scheduling and labour control
- Ability to take on Event Manager's roles & responsibilities due to illness or vacation
