Job Description
Seeking Property Accountant with 1–2 years of corporate accounting experience to oversee AR and GL functions for a multifamily property portfolio, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of corporate accounting experience
- Property management or residential real estate accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
