Job Description
Property Accountant responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, and AP/AR functions for a portfolio of properties. Requires at least 2 years of experience in multifamily or real estate property accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multifamily or real estate.
- Proficiency with property management accounting software (Yardi, MRI, or Onesite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
