Job Description
Northpointe is seeking a passionate and driven Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) department serving Iron, Menominee, and Dickinson counties in the UP of Michigan. The role involves designing, implementing, training, and monitoring ABA interventions for a variety of clients, with a focus on the autism population. This is a full-time salaried position offering the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary setting.
Requirements
- Assist consumers with identifying behavior support plan outcomes.
- Develop functional behavioral assessments.
- Train and monitor behavioral support plans.
- Provide support for emergency/crisis situations.
- Maintain case records and advocate for consumer rights.
- Participate in Person Centered Plans (PCP).
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
