Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System is a community mental health organization in Michigan that offers 24‑hour crisis hotlines, emergency and crisis screenings, and a range of behavioral health services including home‑based, school‑based, clinical, and residential programs for individuals with serious mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and developmental disabilities.

Residential Support Specialist (Full & Part Time, Benefit Eligible Position)
High school diploma or GED, experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disability preferred
Community Support Specialist
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disability preferred, experience working in a caregiving role preferred, valid driver’s license preferred, certification as a nursing assistant preferred
Behavioral Health Therapist
Master’s in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling. Michigan license or relevant permit. Valid driver's license
Residential Support- Full-Time and Part-Time, Benefit Eligible Position
Valid driver's license, certification as a nursing assistant, experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disability
Occupational Therapist
Degree in Occupational Therapy & certification (NBCOT/Michigan). Must have a valid driver's license
Behavioral Health Therapist - ACT
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling. Michigan license for LMSW, LLP or LPC required. Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness preferred
Respite Support Specialist - Special Part-Time
Must be 18+ and able to practice preventative healthcare techniques. Good standing with the law & skilled in implementing individual care plans. Basic first aid training required
Registered Nurse
Nursing degree & Michigan RN license. 2-3 yrs experience. Knowledge of policies and procedures. Valid driver's license
Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master’s degree in behavioral analysis or related field, BCBA certification, and 1+ year of clinical experience diagnosing/treating children with autism. DCH qualification required
Behavioral Health Therapist
Master's in Social Work/Counseling. Valid driver’s license. Must have a valid license. Experience with mental/emotional disorders preferred
