Job Description
Northpointe is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their team as a Community Nurse serving Iron, Menominee, and Dickinson counties in Michigan. The Community Nurse will provide seamless, patient-centered care for vulnerable individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or serious mental illness.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Michigan license to practice as a licensed practical nurse (LPN)
- Two to three years of practical experience in a variety of settings
- Experience in the area of community health
- Experience working within a Community Mental Health setting
