Job Description
Northpointe is seeking a passionate and driven Behavioral Health Therapist to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and case management services to individuals with mental illness and emotional disorders in Kingsford, Michigan. The role involves conducting interviews, completing assessments, and coordinating care management. This position is part of the Outpatient or Home-based programs, offering a community-based treatment setting.
Requirements
- Interview individuals with clinical history
- Complete initial Bio-psychosocial assessment
- Provide linkage, referral, and ongoing case management
