Senior Business Analyst ( Remote)

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be the connective tissue between our business teams and our data/tech teams. The ideal candidate will translate big goals into smart action plans and turn raw numbers into decisions that matter. The Senior Business Analyst will help us grow smarter by analyzing performance, shaping strategy, and building momentum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• 10+ years of business analysis experience
• Deep knowledge of lending processes, deposit products, compliance, and regulatory considerations
• Expert-level understanding of credit union operations, workflows, product lifecycles, and performance metrics
• Tableau or Power BI skills
• Sharp eye for detail + strategic mindset + proactive problem-solving superpowers
• Exceptional communicator who can talk data with analysts and strategy with leadership
