Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Neurosciences Department as an Advanced Practice Provider - General Neurology. Provides care to patients, obtains detailed history, performs physical examinations, and interprets results.
Requirements
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL
- Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Completion of master's level program in specialty area
- BLS/CPR certification
- Prior APN/PA experience in Neurology
