Job Description
As an Application Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will assist in specific areas of IT, including full life cycle management of technology solutions and platforms, and contribute toward identifying opportunities to reduce manual efforts and promote patient and user experience.
Requirements
- Design, document, implement and test software/application solutions
- Monitor and manage the timely resolution/closure of assigned tickets
- Collaborate with vendors on issues/upgrades for assigned portfolio
- Lead small to medium sized projects following PMO defined processes
- Prepare reports and presentations on project/team activities and results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements/priorities and translate/document them into build specifications
- Recommend, contribute and lead process improvement efforts
- Serve as a resource for other team members including mentoring junior team members
