ENT Sleep Surgeon

NorthShore University HealthSystem seeks a fellowship-trained ENT Sleep Surgeon to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. The physician will provide sleep surgery and general ENT care, improve sleep surgery patient volume, and expand the department's geographic footprint.

Requirements

• IL Medical License – active and in good standing or pending
• IL DEA License
• Certification: BC/BE by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
• Experience: Fellowship trained in Sleep Medicine
