The Lead Sterile Processing Tech is responsible for assisting in running the department, informing management of needed items and supplies, and overseeing daily departmental needs. They will provide hospital and affiliated facilities with sterile processed materials and equipment, execute established procedures, and follow quality control practices. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, certification in CBSPD or CRCST, and two years' experience in healthcare sterile processing. Proficiency in Outlook is also required.
