Job Description
The Patient Access Representative II is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing patient registrations, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance coverage.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One-year customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance related field required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance industry terminology preferred
