Job Description
Physical Therapist I –Outpatient – Days at SKH Skokie Hospital, responsible for providing evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients, maintaining accurate patient records and participating in clinical supervision of students.
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
- Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
- CPR certification required
- outpatient; ortho experience and skills
