Job Description
As a Provider Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for medical providers, from sourcing candidates through offer acceptance to onboarding. You will build strong relationships with clinical leadership, understand departmental needs, and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top medical talent in a competitive market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Health Administration, or Business Administration or equivalent related work experience, required.
- 2-3+ years of provider recruitment or related healthcare or business recruitment experience, required.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) – Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), preferred.
