Job Description
Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes. Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers. Communicates plan of care to patient and family regularly respecting the patient’s wishes through acknowledgment of patient/family perceptions of health and illness and mutual goal setting for optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active Illinois State Nursing License
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association within 6 months of start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - National CPR Foundation (NCPRF)
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association
