Job Description
Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers. Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.
Requirements
- Education: Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- License: Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Certification: Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
