Job Description
Functions in a leadership role as a unit-based clinical resource and educator, responsible for staff development, orientation and onboarding, competency, patient education, and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
- Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty.
- Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
