Job Description
Clinical Development Specialist responsible for staff development, orientation, and quality improvement, serving as a role model of clinical excellence in nursing knowledge and clinical practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations
- Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
- Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty
- Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
