Systems Engineer (Functional Requirements and Testing Analyst)

Northstrat is searching for a Systems Engineer with experience in Requirements and Testing Analysis to translate business requirements into technology requirements and support testing and check if features of the System are working as expected. The Systems Engineer will work as part of a scrum agile-team to support user engagement, requirements gathering, documentation, and testing of team products in line with client requirements.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience leading requirements analysis/testing for systems engineering/data validation/development projects
• Active US government top secret clearance
• Ability to work with customer/business owners to gather and develop functional data, performance, system, security requirements
• Experience in understanding business intelligence systems ETL development, and warehouse/relational database concepts, including industry best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on complex technical topics and effectively communicating details with all levels of management
