Job Description
The Operations Manager, Special Projects will lead the operational execution of new partnerships and pilot programs, ensuring readiness for long-term maintenance or hand-off. They will establish excellence mechanisms to ensure customer outcomes are auditable, data-driven, and measurable. The role will also involve people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, program management, or related leadership roles.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, including individual contributors and managers.
- BS/BA degree in business/related field, or equivalent related experience.
