Job Description
Northwest Connections is seeking Daytime Mobile Mental Health Crisis Workers to provide in-person crisis intervention and risk assessment for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling, ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mental health or behavioral health services (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services–related field preferred
- Equivalent experience considered in place of degree
- Strong skills in crisis assessment, de-escalation, and decision-making
- Ability to respond within 30–45 minutes to most locations in the county
