Job Description
The Practical Nursing Instructor provides instruction to students in the Practical Nursing Program at the Southaven Campus, evaluating student progress and assisting in preparation of program documents and policies. The position is a 12-month faculty position reporting to the Director of Practical Nursing.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Must have an unencumbered RN license in Mississippi.
- Hold a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Have three years clinical experience working as a RN; or have two years' experience as faculty in a nursing/allied health program.
- Satisfy clinical agency requirements, i.e.: background checks, immunizations, CPR, etc.
