Job Description
The Practical Nursing Instructor is a day faculty position at the DeSoto Campus for the Practical Nursing Program. The Instructor provides students with instruction of the highest standards, evaluate student progress, and assist in preparation of program documents and policies.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Must have an unencumbered RN license in Mississippi.
- Must hold a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Must have three years clinical experience working as a RN; or have two years' experience as faculty in a nursing/allied health program.
- Satisfy clinical agency requirements, i.e.: background checks, immunizations, CPR, etc.
