Job Description
Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our Admissions Team! We need someone with a professional demeanor who can work well under stress/stress situations, will provide great customer service to our patients, and is able to multitask!
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer service background
- Prior clerical or medical office experience preferred
