Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our Axis Spine Team! In this role, you will perform medical clerical duties such as registration and pre-registration, prepare pre-registration packets, and provide excellent customer service to patients.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer service background
