Job Description
Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a high-impact Electrical & Controls Engineer II to support a 24/7 continuous manufacturing facility. The position requires strong PLC expertise, systems thinking, and the ability to deliver measurable operational results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- 3+ years of electrical and controls engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems and controls
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
