Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer – Industrial Power & Controls to lead electrical engineering and controls work for capital projects and equipment upgrades across a heavy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on plant engineering role with ownership from design through commissioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant
- Hands-on experience with 480VAC industrial power systems
- PLC, HMI, and SCADA troubleshooting experience (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Experience with MCCs, VFDs, and industrial automation equipment
- Capital project leadership from design through commissioning
- Ability to coordinate contractors and cross-functional plant teams
- Comfort working directly on a plant floor and evaluating equipment
