Supplier Technical Engineer (Supplier Quality)

Drive supplier quality where it matters most by partnering directly with suppliers to identify, diagnose, and resolve quality issues. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $110K-$125K plus full benefits. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or quality engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in: Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering in production environments
• Experience with: Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, CAPA, PFMEA, Supplier audits and quality systems
• Strong ability to: Work cross-functionally and influence outcomes, Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
