Job Description
Northwood Ravin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead their luxury apartment community in Decatur, GA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, and a strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess and address maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance
- 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a dynamic team
- Experience in residential repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess and address maintenance issues
