As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform general maintenance repairs, respond to service requests, and complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the property's mechanical systems and residential units are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while maintaining a high level of quality in all tasks.
- Experience in residential repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and insurance are required.
