Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and committed RN to work with our Primary Care team and the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic, providing nursing services and low-barrier addictions care to clients and their families.
Requirements
- RN with current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience, ideally in a combination of hospital, community and/or public health settings
- Addictions nursing experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work both independently, and collaboratively, within an interprofessional team environment
